4 ply 100% Australian Merino Wool

Undyed 4 ply 100% Australian Merino Wool blanks are ready for dyeing and available as:

100g Single strand: one strand make a loose knit for excellent absorption with little resist.
100g Double strand: two ends of the same skein knitted together. The middle creates an end loop – leave it intact to create one perfectly mirrored ball, or cut the loop to create two identical 50g balls.
200g Double strand:  two stands from separate skeins knitted together. Creates two identical 100g balls.

Total length: 285m approx.per 100g.

Care directions: Machine washable on wool setting with wool wash, or hand wash

- Easy to unravel – locate the end, unloop and gently pull to start unravelling your one-of-a-kind yarn.
- Tubes ends are closed to eliminate rolling, making handling easier and assist with even dying on ends. As a double thickness fabric, dye or paint each side differently for easy short variegation or other effects.
